I'm so sad to update my journal with such outrageous news.
In the last days we've known about the shameless use of one of my paintings of Mala by an international stores line, NEW YORKER and it's trademark FISHBONE. They have stolen one of my paintings and, without permission, they have done a huge collection of girly t-shirts wich is on sale all across Europe. As you know, a few years ago i created a trade mark called BREAKINGTHEPANA and with 2 other partners we've been working really hard to make it grow up, little by little...This fact has really damaged us, we cannot compete with them, they have 41 stores in Spain and 696 across 25 other countries in Europe...That's why we need to spread this, let everybody know that, while we wait until the legal process stops the selling of the fake t-shirts. the REAL MALA, and the REAL BREAKINGTHEPANA products are on sale ONLY in our online store - [link] - and in the stores that are indicated in our website. We've never transfered or sold our designs' rights to anyone, and New Yorker's t-shirts doesn't have the quality of any of our products

I just want you to be conscious of damage that this fact is doing us.
